I like to go on tape, even though his knees are shot. I can not stand the stationary bike and the Cross-Trainer. This is our full-time East Coast mx'ers not just jump back on our mountain bikes and go for a walk. I moved from the west or south again, when my knees were young. Ok, got lost there for a moment. This is really good for anyone with knee, east, west, south or north in search of their routine changes. Here is one method I've done for me to train and deal with my knee problems. Treadmill Workout 1: Start with 2.5 speed or level 3 and adjust the height and 3.0 of warming at this rate for 5 minutes. This is just a walk, very easy on the knees. After 5 minutes of warm up level 5 and the speed of 3.5 or 4.0 are not subject to this rate or higher. Make this level for 1 min then increased to 6 and up to 1 minute. Do this until level 10 to match the tape to reach 5 to return to the situation and that the process again. Repeat twice more this takes you 23 minutes to return to 2.5 or 3.0 and 5 speed levels 5min cool. Never change your speed through the heat of formation only the height. Give this baby a chance. You will not believe that training and never run. Boy you feel you have walked, and your knees will thank you. More training coming soon. Believe me, I have a lot of them and I'm always trying again.
