If you are very tall, say over 6&#8217;3&#8243;, you would need a wider and longer running surface, while if you are heavier you would need a more powerful motor to keep you moving. </p>
<p>Another thing that you must consider is whether or not you want a folding model. If you do not want the treadmill to occupy too much of space, it is better that you go for a folding one. This kind would simply stand in corner and would emerge only when it is time for the workout.</p>
