On 3 June 1948, an explosion rocked the Black Hills of South Dakota. Ten tons of stone fell from the mountain and fell. Earlier in the day, a man named Korczak climbed the mountain and Jacked only four holes to 6740 meters above sea level.Single sequestration is the practice of placing a drilling tool in hard rock close a four hammer throw , rotation, and then drill and strike again until the hole is completed. This is an intensive effort of labor and a single man could only drill six to eight feet in day.Over one years later, more than eight million tonnes of rock was blasted away. What once was a silent figure in the stone began to take a new shape. It was not until more than a decade after Korczak's death – Fifty years after completion of the first holes Simple Jack – the face of his muse, the proud Lakota warrior named "Crazy Horse" is emerging. What Korczak had begun in the dark for the construction of its own 714-step staircase to the top (which has risen and fallen several times a day) is now known worldwide. Converge to more than 10,000 hikers increasing the annual summit of the mountain to see the face that is the only major that Mount Rushmore. One million stamps bearing the likeness of Crazy Horse have been issued in recent decades. It began with a single ride on the mountain for the man who was humble enough to start the project on its own, but had a broad vision to believe he could turn a mountain in the noble image of a National hero declares war away of their land. It was a vision greatness. How done something so monumental that begin with the humble roots? Perhaps the greatest idea of the left behind the appointment is in the bric-a-Brac shop in different nearby mountain. I was excited when I heard the phenomenal story of Crazy Horse project and I have not bought a memory to remember where I was but encourage me to stay ahead of where I want to be. The beautiful agate swirl was not commanding much of my attention – the words you have spoken to my own dreams. He says: When dreams dreams EndWhen Diether legends still EndThere No More GreatnessKorczak insisted that it was important to know when the monument is finished. The most important thing is to continue the dream. And to achieve the dream he has, through three separate operations to remove six albums. After a quadruple bypass, he was back in the mountains, the monitoring of their children and to paint the outline of the horse's head from Massive. Crazy Horse, when completed, will be the largest sculpture in the world, bigger than the pyramids and eclipsing the Washington Monument feet.Seven eight out of ten children of Korczak achieve the dream of the day with his wife. Korczak himself rests peacefully in a mausoleum he built with his sons before his death on the basis of mountain. It is said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with the irrelevant. Just as the act of carving the Crazy Horse rock face of life is the fifties, the quest to forge his own physique will not be achieved overnight. Why is it so hard to keep the dream of living a healthy and fit? Have we lost our legends, and leave the dream does not end? You may be surprised to learn that every ordinary person in this world is destined to do something extraordinary – they are willing to stop trying to change things and can, instead of looking deep within happen. Are allow willing to let the success happen? One pound of fat contains approximately 3,500 calories. I must admit it was intimidating to me when I began my journey and I realized I had 65 pounds of fat to lose. Sixty-five pounds of fat has more than a quarter of a million calories. In our fast-paced world of instant gratification, I want the fat to disappear soon. I do not want to plug one of four holes of blows away the first ten tonnes of eight million … Instead, I wanted the sculpture at night. Where was my magic wand? Crazy Horse is in the Dakota Territory, which became famous in the other Americas through the diaries of Lewis and Clark. Many of us are afraid now to embark on the treadmill or the cold morning air to run a few miles.

Today, I made the conscious decision to leave my comfort zone and really mix things! Usually, practice a cramped, low-power 24-hour gym. It's just a gym for me and nothing special beyond the cardiovascular system that.Instead usually within 24 hours, I took the car in Venice, Gold's Gym, and I am so fortunate to live within 45 minutes of Mecca. How different the time to walk around. You can feel the energy of gymnastics. Its energy is almost tangible. So many legendary bodybuilders, athletes, actors / actresses and ordinary people, like a workout here. Everyone wants to experience something better.Today was only one day of cardio. I heated a few minutes on the treadmill and my left was the actor Ray Liotta! Cool! After warming up, I decided to do instead of treadmills and elliptical, crossed the room, and gives me a different perspective. Right in front of me, is well known Bodybuilder Dennis James with the legendary trainer Charles Glass pumping away. Then Stone Cold Steve Austin to walk! What place is this real? I am not Star Struck. It felt strange to be surrounded by so many people well known to all in the same room. An old friend from college, and pro-bowler Brendan Ayanbadejo went and chatted for several minutes. I had not seen in 5 years. The journey to the gold was there! Along the way, I see the formation of a client Tito Raymond and Shawn Ray and Lonnie Teper into a photo shoot for Ironman Magazine preview the upcoming Arnold Classic. What a day earlier! The point of the post was not in my name drop every celebrity sites. It has been shown that when we do things out of the ordinary "," things start happening to us unordinary! More information about this topic in a second … I went to the gym and ran into the street to the fire station, a short distance from Venice Golden. There is a famous Café, known for its menu Bodybuilder ". Great food! Kept clean and well supplied with egg white and oatmeal. Then make a quick stop at the Max Muscle Venice Property of Jay Cutler. RTD needed for the next adventure, I will share with you.i following bound for Hollywood. Improving the sunset, passing Mel's Diner, Saddleranch, Standard and many other popular Hollywood hotspots. continued its ascent into the hills, I reached the starting point for the Hollywood sign. This is considered Hollywoods most famous and certainly the most photographed monument. I've never been! With a water bottle and camera, I went to an hour walk to see up close and personal with the sign. I'm not a hiker. Never before was a hiker. I am a walker now WOW did feel soft hills my legs! The weather was incredible. The air was crisp, blue sky and the sun seemed warm inside. I was very happy to be there. I even had the opportunity to work on my tan. How many places on earth can take his shirt in February and is heated? After that is as close as legally possible to sign, I took pictures and turned around. I ran all the way to the bottom. discussion difficult. Trail running is not a joke. This is not the treadmill. My legs are sore now I remembered an important lesson today. One speaker told a seminar, habits that allowed him to become billionaires in the world of the President are the same habits, keeping to become a billionaire. I hope you caught that. It has lots of "financial" success of course but even he knows that his actions and behavior that earned him an extraordinary growth keep you at the next level How is this program for another, I've never been a walker and I would never have been interested in hiking in the past. What if the difference between an ultra-right person and the average Joe was walking for a month? I did not know it was not my usual. The concept is to take a look at all areas of our lives and how we can shake, even Bill Gates will more.Billionaire even through periods when it lacks creativity. The story tells how he took home a different job every day for a year! He never took the same road twice!

"The measure of your success usually comes down to who wins the battle raging between the two. The" you "that wants to stop, drop, or take it easy, and" you "who chooses to extend it to oppose the way of your success – complacency. "Chris WidenerIn all my interactions with people, I've never met anyone, whatever their level of success, sometimes just will not do the things they need and want to do. C is part of human nature that there are times when, despite everything we do, and even envy, we do not want to do something. And what separates those successes of those who will maintain the status quo is the ability of these moments in time when we make decisions about what you choose to find the inner motivation that allows us to conquer our complacency ahead action.I and find that address this issue in my life on a regular basis, if the success of the strategies that follow are not simply "pie in the sky technology, but proven ways achieved d 'to go when you do not want anything.Honestly evaluate whether you need a break. This is the first thing I always do what I think I will not go to the specific action. The fact is that often we have worked very hard and the lethargy that we are really our body and emotions that tells us just need a break. And there is real intellectual honesty because when you do not need to break our spirit is still tell us we need a break! But sometimes they need a break.'ll give you a good example. me I do not particularly like exercise, but I do almost every day. Sometimes I find myself before going to a club thinking about how I did not want to go. Most times I'm just lazy. But sometimes I realize that my body needs a rest. So occasionally I take a break from one or two days to train. The advantages of this are twofold: First, my body gets a break to regenerate . two, after one or two days, I begin to lose my training and hope to have a commitment to the gym. Other examples: Maybe you're a seller who has been calling customers a week straight, day and night. I wake up one morning and did not want to do more. Well, take a break in the morning. Go to a coffee shop and read the newspaper. Go to the driving range and hit some golf balls. Take a break and then return to it! Start small. I'm at a point in my training program today in a typical training day for me consists of 30 to 45 minutes of aerobic exercise and 30 minutes of weightlifting. So when I encounter myself not wanting to get out and go to the gym, sometimes I will make a commitment to go and not just a little more training. Instead of deciding not to go, I will commit to doing 15 to 20 minutes of aerobic exercise and 15 to 30 minutes of weight lifting bench. It is also interesting two reasons. One, you really do some exercise that day. And two, that prevents me from entering a cycle of giving, when they want to take. Other examples : Maybe you are a writer who simply do not write today. Instead of writing the day you had planned, decide that at least outline a couple of new tracks. You at least get these done, and you may have noticed that you put in the mood after writing all.Change your routine. I found that what keeps me in the best shape and burns more calories for me is doing 30 to 45 minutes on the tape every day. Now Let me be very brutal. I find running on the treadmill to be boring. Usually you can resolve to do, but sometimes I have to vary my routine. Thus, instead of 30 to 45 minutes on a treadmill, I will break my aerobics routine in a number of different areas. I will take ten to 15 minutes on treadmills, 10 to 15 minutes in the recumbent position, 5 to 10 minutes on the rowing machine, 5 to 10 minutes, the staircase step by step, and then again in the walkway from five to 10 minutes. yet

Challenges come in many different ways. I shared some of which was my very recently, that may sound funny but it's an essential message. Some of you know that earlier this year, I had a bike sponsorship to raise funds for victim assistance in the Yorkshire and Humber each area office of bicycles in the region, a total of 170 miles. At the end of this challenge and thought you might be next? Well, I have a very close friend who had started going to the gym and really want to lose weight, but again forgot to take the necessary measures for the gym, so the motivation has become a problem. I called him and said something like, "How is a challenge to run a 10 kilometers on Christmas Eve?" Oh, it was late September when I called. My friend 's said that thinking about it and came back to me days later saying: "I favor, but do not think the cold or the date. What we do on 5 December the tape in my gym, since it is a little warmer, and can watch television, and each tape has its own screen and what I could say, but yes. stress that I am not a fan of running or treadmill and therefore a challenge for me. The training began, my friend, the building of miles and look leaner. The challenges are, in my boredom, I feel like a hamster on a wheel! My gym does not have luxuries like a television screen in the film of the first I have focused on a white spot on the lawn outside only to distract from the constant pounding. Now that I've been listening to Enigma on the iPod, but the headphones are still out of my ears (another problem) Everything was fine until about two weeks, Then it happened, I fell in my lap top bag cut and badly bruised foot near my little toe. I called my friend, after he stopped laughing, said: "I hope that you will always be able operating as it should really Got Me Going and look forward to the challenge? I said I'd be here, but with a toe decidedly dubious looking really do not feel good about it. That was the next challenge. I could not run or put much weight on the foot, but I really do not want to lose the momentum it had gained, and I feel sorry for myself (it would have been nice though). Then I thought, the bike and do a mile is just that I did. Just as I felt ready to return to the gym was the next challenge. Now, you'll like it. I burnt my nose in our wood stove. I know you think, how the hell did you do? Simple, really do not need lots of practice! I just put in a couple of balls, and had only closed the door began to fall. I opened the door, he leaned forward to push off and my nose hit the top of the door. It hurt a little, but nothing could have prepared me for what followed. The next day, bright red nose in a circle. How could it be viewed with this aspect and treating eye and probably humorous comments that come my way? After all, I had to go to the gym !!!!! Now, not only had a slight limp that had a thin nose that could illuminate a room. Well, I saw this as a challenge for treatment, there seemed little point staying in saw the funny side. Yes, people watch and if my family stays with humorous stories. The bit is really fun when I was doing a seminar. Most people have been paralyzed from the nose, did not really know what to say or do? In the end, I have to say about the wood stove. Some thought that they were beaten, some even thought that I was bitten by a snake, the imagination of what a wonderful thing! Everyone has problems is how to deal with them that matters. Oh, my condolences to hamsters everywhere. Enjoy November. To monitor progress on my blog Visit 10k Challenge

“The measure of your success usually comes down to who wins the battle that rages between the two of you. The ‘you’ who wants to stop, give up, or take it easy, and the ‘you’ who chooses to beat back that which would stand in the way of your success – complacency.” Chris Widener
In all of my interactions with people, I’ve never found anyone, regardless of their level of success, who doesn’t sometimes find themselves simply not wanting to do the things that they need and want to do. It is a part of human nature that there will be times that, in spite of all that we need to do, and even desire to, we will find ourselves not wanting to do anything. And what separates those who will become successful from those who will maintain the status-quo, is the ability at those very crucial moments of time when we are making decisions about what we will do, to choose to find the inner motivation that will enable us to conquer our complacency and move on in action.
I find that I confront this issue in my life on a regular basis, so the following success strategies are not merely “pie in the sky techniques”, but proven ways to get yourself to go even when you don’t feel like doing anything.
Honestly evaluate whether or not you need a break. This is the first thing that I usually do what I find that I don’t want to get to a specific action. The fact is that oftentimes we will have been working very hard and the lethargy we are feeling is really our body and emotions telling us that we simply need a break. And this is where it takes real intellectual honesty because when we don’t need a break our mind is still telling us we need a break! But sometimes we do need a break. I’ll give you a good example. I don’t particularly like to exercise, but I do almost every day. Sometimes, I find myself before going to the club thinking about how I just didn’t feel like going. Most of the time I am just being lazy. However, sometimes I realize that my body needs a break. So from time to time I will take a one or two day break from working out. The benefits of this are two-fold: One, my body gets a break to regenerate itself. Two, after a day or two, I begin to miss my workout, and eagerly anticipate a turning to the gym.
Other examples: Perhaps you are a salesman who has been phoning clients for a week straight, day and night. You wake up one morning and just don’t feel like doing it any more. Well, take a break for the morning. Go to a coffee shop and read the paper. Go to the driving range and hit some golf balls. Take a break and then get back to it!
Starts small. I’m at a point in my workout schedule now where a typical workout day for me consists of 30 to 45 minutes of aerobic exercise, and about 30 minutes of weight lifting. So when I find myself not wanting to get up and go to the gym, I will sometimes make a commitment to go and just do a smaller workout. Instead of deciding not to go, I’ll commit to doing 15 to 20 minutes of aerobic exercise and 15 to 30 minutes of weight lifting. This is also good for two reasons. One, I actually get some exercise that day. And two, it keeps me from getting into a cycle of giving up when I don’t feel like moving toward action.
Other examples: Maybe you are a writer who simply doesn’t want to write today. Instead of the long day writing you had planned, decide that you will at least outline a couple of new articles. You will at least get these done, and you may have found that you put yourself into the writing mood after all.
Change your routine. I have found that what keeps me in the best shape and burns the most calories for me, is to do 30 to 45 minutes on the treadmill every day. Now let me be very blunt. I find running on the treadmill to be extremely boring. Usually I can get myself to do it, but sometimes I need to vary my routine. So instead of 30 to 45 minutes on a treadmill, I will break down my aerobic exercise routine into a number of different areas. I will do ten to 15 minutes on treadmills, 10 to 15 minutes on the reclining cycle, 5 to 10 minutes on the rowing machine, 5 to 10 minutes on the stair stepper, and then back on to the treadmill for five to 10 minutes. I still get my exercise, but I’m bored a lot less.
Other examples: Maybe you are in construction and you have been working on the plumbing for a week, and it is getting monotonous. Don’t do the plumbing today! Go frame-in the office.
Reward yourself. One way that I motivate myself to do something when I don’t feel like doing it, is to tell myself that if I get through the work that I need to, I will give myself a little reward. For instance, I may tell myself if I to get up and go to the club I can take five to 10 minutes off my treadmill exercise, which will shorten my workout routine, and I’ll allow myself to sit in the hot tub for a few extra minutes. Hey, it works!
Other examples: Maybe you are a mortgage broker who feels like sleeping in. Tell yourself that after the next three mortgages you close you will take your kids to the fair, or your spouse to the movies. Maybe you’ll give yourself a night on the town with old friends.
Reconnect the action with pleasure rather than pain. Psychologists have long told us that we humans tend to connect every action with either pleasure or pain. Tony Robbins has popularized this even further in the last few years with something he calls Neural Associations. That is, we connect every action with either a pleasure, or pain. When we are finding ourselves lacking motivation, what we are probably finding about ourselves is that we are associating the action that we are thinking about with pain, rather than pleasure. For instance, when I’m considering that not going to the health club on any given day, I am usually associating going and working out with having no time, the pain of exercising and weight lifting, or the boringness of running on a treadmill for an extended period of time. What I can do to re-associate is to remind myself that by going in and doing my exercise I will feel better about myself, I will lose weight, and I will live longer. This brings me pleasure. When we begin to run those kinds of tapes through our minds, we find our internal motivating force unleashed and changing our attitude about the action that we are considering.
Other examples: Maybe you are a counselor who really doesn’t want to spend the day listening to people. Your association may be that it will be boring, or that you will be inside while it is sunny outside. Instead, re-associate yourself to the truth of the matter: Someone will be better off because of your care and concern. Think of your clients and the progression they have been making recently and how you have been a part of that.

The tape 24 / 7 probably do not feel, but for those who found some space to fill and use for a period of silent meditation, you realize it. Things change so fast that merely transform an event, one consciousness to another without realizing how deep the rabbit hole we have ventured. Digital and technological changes in the last ten years from the charts! Â There is a death in the old way. Old habits die does not work, nor sufficient. The birth of the new, but not yet recognized. It is as if the birth canal is back and hide what they tell us what "is". Clinging to the old beliefs makes it even more difficult for some of the changes, a small cross-eyed and have a better focus on what is approaching. No exact date from December 21, 2012, but the era we live in and the events leading up to 12/21/2012! The computer world is January 1 and 0 world, but the spiritual world is not good-evil, heaven-hell, or this-that. There is a unity and a holographic image will appear that will change our world forever. Trying to find the names and descriptions can be difficult to pinpoint. Bright gay? Maybe! More people are drawn (albeit slowly, it could be) in a more simple lifestyle. However, on the other hand, there are many things that seem more and more complex, even strangers. Have you increased the synchronicity? Are you experiencing strange sensations that are not logical answers? Are your emotions during peak times when it makes no sense? There are many descriptions that appear to be precursors of something big. So the question is how to GET READY, or how the awareness of the growing shift in consciousness that can only lead to a golden era? Rather than simplifying your life (which can be slow for some), which takes pieces of each day for meditation, reflection and contemplation. Use some of that time "guiding thought" and others just for the blank page waiting for words to be written. We must listen and then have the courage to make a decision on what we heard. The golden age may be closer than you think. That should not have to wait three years?

But it might have very backward sections of society. Motivation has given the world electricity, planes, relativity and powerful computers. But sometimes it is difficult to maintain motivation, so you can achieve your goals. Whether at home, at work or school, there are some proven techniques and motivation to try. Ask yourself why one of the reasons for losing motivation is, because the right is the task you are performing oblivion. So if you feel that you want to continue with a task to remember why it began work in the first place. For example, if no steam in the middle of a draft work wondering what the outcome will be when completed? Maybe you'll receive a salary or impress your boss. Perhaps the outcome of the project where you learn a new skill or provide information. Encourage your reason for working at the forefront of his mind. Indeed, it may help a little mantra to recite before work begins. So you must always remember the reason for their actions. A stay positive key factors to maintain motivation is to keep that desire to achieve. Usually, they want to participate in an activity as it is pleasant or enjoyable. Fun is a great motivator. When a job is becoming every day and is developing a negative attitude toward the activity is time for fun. So you can try to get in shape but hate to visit the gym every day and walk on the treadmill. Think of physical activity you enjoy. Maybe you want to dance, so try to take dance lessons. Or maybe a friend to a walk in the park is much nicer. As the job, find a way to enjoy. This is probably the most effective technique of motivation. Reward your progress is another great motivation technique a little mini-goals along the way toward its goal. As you achieve each of these mini-goals rewarded. Maybe you're trying to achieve and one in biology at school. Mini-goals might include good grades in their exams and assignments. For every degree that is 90 or better to reward yourself. Enjoy a night away from studying and hanging out with friends or spend a few hours reading mystery novel that totally die. Whatever you choose make sure it is a special gift for you. Find a friend Sometimes our friends and family can be great motivators. Choose someone who can really lift your spirits and keep in the right direction. Appoint this person as your personal cheerleader and let them know you trust them to move and motivated. Make sure you are a person who is cheerful, energetic and may go back to the track with a push or a tie if necessary.

Maintaining motivation in a time where everything seems pointless and impossible is easier said than done. Fortunately for the old principle of Misery Loves Company. There is a soft feeling to know that we are not alone. That most people now are feeling the impact and stress of our current state of affairs. The sense of progress or "Living in Motion" is certainly proof at this time for most, especially for me. Movement and physical activity may not only help your health and weight but also can help heal your emotions. Put on a great song that moves the heart and taps into your emotions can lift your spirits. Even a song that brings tears, while a ribbon or a simple stroll in touch with their feelings that allows you to continue. My philosophy is livin 'on the go, never stop moving and roll with the punches. All the stereotypes we hear every day there for a reason. It gives us hope Live On Stage! If a person who has lost 100 pounds and fight constantly about my weight and health under control, I understand the difficulties of staying in the car. financial and mother of 3 children I'm dealing with the endless cycle of trying to keep his head above water financially. That's why I write music for health and fitness. Because while I hope to help others I am also helping myself at the same time. This is what helps me keep life in motion. Barrels, balance of payments or run in place, provided it does not stop moving.

I'm like the rest of you. Sometimes I find myself doing things that normally for no other reason that I am a bit of mental and physical relaxation. That night when I was surfing channels and into the reality TV show 'The Biggest Loser happened. It is a program that has prevented a group of overweight people following to compete strongly to lose weight and win prizes. As I watched these people work, many of which weighed over 300 pounds, I started a little uncomfortable. These people were truly committed to their training – they were doing everything they had. I started thinking: "Wow. If these people can work so hard, I bet I could raise the bar for myself in my next workout." Things kick in the morning, so when I hit the treadmill, I decided start boot up. It's amazing how much space they had before I felt like that was enough. He was one of the best training I've had in a long time. I think I had left into an area of moderate and had not even been made. mediocre comfortable. It allows you and give you a false sense of accomplishment. Sure, but is not doing nearly as good as it could. Sometimes the problem with its mediocre it's not even aware of where you are. What part of your life has fallen into a poor area, where they are, simply call or going through the motions? How often do you use the "I'm too busy or tired" excuse to let off the hook? His average is very overrated is better to do fewer things, so a lot of things half-heart. If you go to your ideal life, sometimes leaving the tape of life, take inventory and then crank things. It is unusual for reality TV a good deal for my time and energy. This time, reality TV gave me a great reality check.

You know, no matter how hard you press the gas pedal you can not get over 40 miles per hour when you're in 2nd gear? Is not that kind of feeling these days? And try as hard as you can up the hill of that, but you can not push hard enough! You simply can not do with less sleep or more a hit of caffeine in one day! The reason is that the road to success in the 21st century is very different from what has gone before. The old ways simply are not getting anything else. The good news is, if people have gone through a major transition Trail Blazers are on track a little. Here are some ideas to point you in the right direction. Hard as it feels now, where we are is far more glorious than anything we have experienced. All you need is faith and trust. How to acquire these important elements for success, happiness and prosperity? Extend your belief system. You can start from here: The most convenient route is not finding a solution within its own repertoire of historic opportunity, but an entirely new opportunity is based on the desire to do. What this means is that if based solely on the attributes of the left brain, analyze and evaluate options based on what has always been not go very far. Imagine if Edison had done. We were thick candles with more than a hole or candelabras with candles. To produce a truly innovative idea, you must learn the power of the right hemisphere of access to his brain. This is where new solutions arise. It is where the break. This is where to find their purpose in life and only measures to achieve this goal. If your time to relax, receive and replace to find inspiration. If you have an idea that actually "trigger" you know that one! Of course, if you logically about, you can find it overwhelming and perhaps "impossible". But some dreams never manifested large enough so that the dreamer of turmoil and doubt that the surfaces move when making new plans. Having the courage to take action that takes courage, but if you learn to recognize the opportunities are there because you asked, through their conscious intentions to strengthen the muscles of your event. Each time you do, attract the abundance in its many forms are a little easier. The permanent prosperity has largely focused intention, but because the technology of this century, has never been easier when you know how to leverage their internal resources.
