You may try to plan detoxification, can use meal replacements and all help you lose weight. … But the fact is the underlying cause # 1 of "fat" are your emotions! And how No. 1, finally, permanently and forever to lose weight and get the body you deserve is learning to master the "why" of weight loss and learn to finish eating once and for all. (I know … it's not popular to preach. .. but it's true, and I know that at least some of you are ready to finally take action and leave the tape fad diet once and for all!)
