The biggest problem I see when people are working and trying to get the ABS is that they do many cracks. I know it sounds crazy, if you want a flat stomach, but not ABS work hard enough your body to get a flat stomach, all they do is make your muscles toned abdominal muscles stronger.Getting AB is burning in the fat not do sit-ups … Full body workout will give you results much faster instead of just a few abs.
