If you are the type of person who always has a busy schedule, it's easy to make time for exercise on a treadmill at home. The best and fastest on a treadmill exercise is interval training. Interval training is probably the best training if you want to target your belly fat. Intervals are great because they do not have much time. A typical interval workout lasts 20 minutes. An example of an interval would be running at a fast pace for 30 seconds, and then declining for about a minute. For a complete workout that does not need more than 6 intervals of heating and cooling. A treadmill allows you to control your time and speed for an accurate reading of the intervals. Losing weight has never been so easy. Interval workouts are much more fun than your typical regular session of operation. As you can see, treadmills go hand in hand with intervals, as they are ideal for a student, parent or other responsible person who has no time to be in the gym.
