This is the story of a man named Dick.Dick history is a story that millions of Americans face today. With a depressed economy, a strong job market and many people simply to survive, the story of Dick is that you may be able to connect to.Dick was a decent man with a strong work ethic and bring their family a pedestal, was a model employee. Dick had always paid their taxes on time, took a small car and was very loyal to their employer. Forward and the image of the model used for business and think about the day at work Dick.One Dick had received bad news. The company has worked for the past 14 years has been to lay off workers because of the sour economy and Dick was given his walking papers. He directed "I lost my job," his paycheck went to his job security vanished.Dick suddenly at a crossroads. How would you react? How would you react? Could out of its economic crisis and personal appearance as a sign of improvement in your life or perhaps rather Dick would become a victim of this situation? Although Dick knew in his mind, his 9 5 job is a little more than a treadmill, he developed an addiction to the regular payment. Although he wanted to leave the band, check dependency was something I could not overcome.So, not millions of unemployed, Dick rewrote his resume and started working search.The question to ask is why Dick or anyone else for that matter, you want to be an employee if there is no such thing as job security no longer exists? When a job can be lost in an instant, no one actually owns their work. Why would anyone ever put a lot of your valuable time and effort on something that never actually happened to them? Dick always knew he deserved to get more life, but had the drive to improve its situation. Unfortunately, like many others, Dick felt that more and more of life is more trouble than necessary worth.Sadly, months passed as Dick followed a dead-end job interview after another. The reality is that there were fewer jobs and less available and increasingly compete for unemployment benefits and had not exhausted them.His promising opportunities for the foreseeable future, anxiety was setting in. In fact, Dick had no idea what so serious was the situation. Instead of just stuck it on tape, now cling to the past. Dick clung to the idea of job security, job security when she was a thing of the past. He resisted the fact that the employer, he came from. so it is an opportunity to make positive changes in their life.All Dick to do is put a little effort, even in your own home business and would be much later in life than it is today.
