As bishop, can sometimes be difficult to keep up with a training program, especially if you travel a lot for work or when on vacation. I remember a recent vacation I've had about a half-month marathon that was for training. I knew that I went a few trips during my trip if I get the training I had done the last 2 months invested. The problem on this trip was a cruise to Alaska. I did not feel comfortable, because it runs outside the extreme desert area (honestly, I'm afraid that would be eaten by a bear or something crazy), so I knew that my only choice would be carry out on the treadmill in the center of training on board the cruise ship. To my surprise, it is actually quite difficult to run on a treadmill, while the boat rocking back and forth. My body was not accustomed to this movement and began to feel very tired and sick sea shortly after about 2 miles. During the week long trip every time I tried to walk, could only receive up to about 2 or 3 miles before my body would do. As you can tell my story, turns on vacation or in a place away from home can be difficult, but sometimes you have to run to continue with your exercise routine. Running in different places can be fun and refreshing. Like many runners, can be boring same 3 or 4 running routes around your home. Therefore, if you run the chance to get during the trip, make sure you have the opportunity. There are some things to consider when running in unfamiliar places. First, always put safety first. You never know how secure it is an area that can run on during the trip, so be sure to run or someone with a cell phone with you while running in the event of an emergency. It's smart to run during the day and in public areas where help is available. Second, make sure you know what kind of weather to expect. If you are from Houston, Texas, and a trip to Seattle and decided to go running outside is better to have several layers of waterproof clothing, or may end up with some nasty blisters on one of the wettest cities in America. The important thing to remember while running during the trip, to play it safe. You may feel the urge to leave and enter a new environment, but make sure they are ready. Running in place is a great adventure so carefully done.
